Ventana Ventures marked its first exit from the Fund I portfolio with SportVot, generating a 2.47x MOIC through a secondary sale to IAN Alpha Fund. SportVot set out to make grassroots sports more accessible in India, building live-streaming, production, and analytics tools for casual sports venues and organizations. Backing the founders from an early stage, Ventana is proud to see that vision scale to a strong outcome for the fund and validate our approach to early-stage bets in sports and interactive media. This marks a meaningful early proof point for Ventana Fund I, and we look forward to more exits as the portfolio matures.
